Passengers holding tickets issued on or before 28 February for flights to Iran, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Dammam and Riyadh, with travel dates between 28 February and 12 March 2026, are entitled to a free reservation change.

Details:

1.       Reservation changes will be processed free of charge.

2.       Refund requests:

a.       Full refunds will be issued free of charge for wholly unused tickets.
b.       For partially used tickets where the journey has not been completed, the unused segments will be refunded free of charge.

3.       Ticket validity extension:

a.       Ticket validity may be extended until 10 May 2026 (inclusive) without any fare difference or penalty.

4.       These arrangements apply only to flights operated by AJet Airlines.

Passengers holding tickets issued on or before 28 February 2026 for flights to the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Dammam and Riyadh, with travel dates between 28 February 2026 and 5 March 2026 (inclusive), may change their reservations free of charge, provided that the transaction is completed by 10 May 2026 (inclusive).
